Tartu Health Care College is a nationally and internationally valued higher education institution and a competence centre in the field of health and welfare. We create conditions for the best health care education and promote health awareness in the society.
The college considers it essential that all the curricula are based on current specialised knowledge, continuously and systematically revised based on evidence, taking into account the needs of the labour market, international development trends in the specialist fields and changes in the society.
Internationalisation is supporting the quality of health care education and the recognition of the college. International students help to create a local international learning environment and facilitate international collaboration. We offer six vocational education programmes, six applied higher education programmes, and three master's programmes, two of which are international:
- Master`s Programme in Physiotherapy
- Master`s Programme in Radiography Tuition waivers available for EU applicants and applicants from Ukraine!

DEADLINES AND ADMISSION PROCESS
- Application period starts: March 1st, 2024
- Final deadline for applicants: August 1st, 2024
- Start of the studies: January 6th, 2025
All applicants should apply through the Study in Estonia Dream Apply online application system, where you need to present all the following documents for admission:
- Bachelor’s degree – a copy of the diploma and the diploma supplement/academic transcript
- CV
- Copy of passport or ID
- Proof of English language proficiency
The College has the right to require candidates to have their results evaluated by the Estonian ENIC/NARIC centre, if necessary.
Applicants are ranked based on the following two criteria:
- The average grade of Bachelor studies
- Admission interview
